Continuous improvement of resources and complete and active participation of all personnel.
Special attention is paid to the selection of plasticizing and injection units for the presses with dedicated profiles for the various families of materials and highly wear- and corrosion-resistant units required for the processing of reinforced and additivated composites.
Molding
Representing the prevailing department of the company's activity, the machine park consists of 17 presses between 80 and 650 tons set up for molding technopolymers and technical articles.
The details that make the difference are:
- a great attention to the profiles of the plasticizing screws.
- a centralized plant for dehumidification and transport of materials
- a large fleet of auxiliaries for technical molding such as electric temperature controllers for hot runners and hydraulic ones for medium and high temperatures.
Cartesian robots for part handling
The department is fully wired with a network that allows the interface of each machine, robot and new generation auxiliary according to "industry 4.0" specifications.
Order management, machining program, progress and final machining results are controlled by an integrated finite-capacity scheduling system that allows complete planning and monitoring.

THINK PLASTIC
Injection molding

Gas-assisted molding
This technology enables the fabrication of hollow components through co-injection of nitrogen within the plastic melt. This allows for stronger and more functional and aesthetically pleasing components by simplifying component and mold design.
Bi-Material Molding
It enables the production of components with different materials through co-molding or over-molding. Solutions can be modulated according to technical complexity from manual to automated solutions with double molds and satellite injectors.
