Our specialty is the consulting and study of plastics applications, assisting technical management in the research and development of innovative components aimed at reducing costs and increasing the effectiveness of the production chain.
The machine park consists of 17 presses between 80 and 650 tons set up for molding technopolymers and technical articles. The department is fully wired with a network that allows the interface of each machine and robot.
NITROGEN GAS MOLDING
This technology enables the fabrication of hollow components through co-injection of nitrogen within the plastic melt. This allows for stronger and more functional and aesthetically pleasing components by simplifying component and mold design.
It enables the production of components with different materials through co-molding or over-molding. Solutions can be modulated according to technical complexity from manual to automated solutions with double molds and satellite injectors.
They allow the physical assembly of multiple elements to make hollow bodies or complex assemblies. While ultrasonic welding is most often suitable for the assembly of small to medium-sized objects made of rigid materials, vibration welding is used to make assemblies of even large components and semi-rigid materials.
The theory of the pad printing method has made many aspects of screen printing its own, combining them moreover in an entirely new way. Used for finishing and decorating components by affixing logos, trademarks and inscriptions even on shaped surfaces.
